We may share information with other partners, companies, vendors, service providers who help support Momento's Services, such as providing technical infrastructure services, hosting, measuring the usage our services, providing customer & client support, information/data processing, image enhancing, image analyzing services, payment providers, or data visualization software. Our partners must follow confidentiality obligations that are outlined with the Terms of Use and any agreements we enter with these terms.
If we have your consent Momento may share your User Data and Personal Data with our team partners, venue partners or corporate partnership partners if you read and accept the Term of Use and opt-in. Our team partners and Momento may use this information to send you information on future events, team opportunities and promotional offers. At any time if you wish to remove yourself from this communication you can opt-out by emailing info@mymomento.com or following the opt-out instructions on the correspondence. Data collected from Momento is stored on cloud based data servers to enable a seamless, safe and fast experience for any user on the platform. Momento secures user data through an encrypted multi-factor authentication (MFA) database. User data will be retained as long as it is necessary for its intended purposes. Users may request the deletion of their data by contacting info@mymomento.com. Momento will promptly delete any User Data that has been collected within 1-2 business days.
